The Day is Set

We have set the date for November 19, 2011. After weeks of searching, we have finally decided on St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church for the ceremony and the Secret Garden for the reception (pictures included below). St. Francis was where my parents and grandparents were married, it's exciting to carry on the tradition. Colin and I met with the deacon this friday and took the FOCUS test. It's a scantron test made up of about 200 questions. It's meant to determine if couples are on the same level or possibly provoke topics that have not yet been discussed. It was funny, the topics it did stir. Colin and I are very much on the same playing field.
